The Mindful Healer
Trained in Osteopathic Massage at the age of 15, and studying natural therapies through the late 70's, Russell now reveals what he learnt about becoming a 'Mindful Healer'. In essence, healing is listening! It's being the observer, while maintaining an intention to love. Healing then comes through you and not from you. Let Russell help you become a mindful healer.
About the Program
Russell deeply understands the mental, physical, and emotional challenges faced by healers and health professionals. Drawing on decades of experience, he knows firsthand how the demands of caring for others can take a toll on your own well-being — and how vital it is to restore balance.
The Mindful Healer is an eight-session (minimum) transformative program designed to help you become aware of the thought patterns and behaviours that may be compromising your personal health and professional growth.
Throughout this program you’ll learn how to:

-
Recognise the thought patterns and behaviours that drain your energy
-
Understand your stress triggers and shift them into opportunities for growth
-
Reconnect with clarity, compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose
Through reflective exercises, inspiring discussions, and practical mindfulness tools, you’ll learn how to heal the healer — replenishing your own well-being so you can continue to serve others with strength and presence.

Whether you’re a nurse, doctor, therapist, naturopath, or any other kind of health professional, The Mindful Healer will empower you to bring more presence, strength, and consciousness into both your work and your life.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and include a high-quality workbook. Participants in group workshops will also receive one one-on-one session with Russell, with booking details provided at the conclusion of the event.
